    To protect the community, we use your account information to verify that you are a real person. This helps us prevent fake accounts, bot activity, and identity theft on the platform.
  • Communicating platform updates and security alerts
    We send important notifications regarding changes to our terms, new feature announcements, and security alerts (like unrecognized logins) to keep your account safe and updated.
  • Measuring the performance of Reels and Blogs

Reporting Violations

If you see content that doesn't belong on Zimbuck, tell us immediately. You can report Reels, Blogs, comments, or entire profiles.

  • How to report a Reel
    Long-press on the center of the Reel screen and tap the "Report" button with the flag icon. Select the reason that best describes the violation.
  • Blocking and Muting accounts
    Go to any profile, tap the three dots menu, and select "Block". This will prevent them from seeing your content or messaging you entirely.
  • Removing offensive comments
    You can swipe left on any comment on your post to delete it. You can also set up a keyword filter in settings to hide offensive words automatically.

Protecting Your Account

  • Two-Factor Authentication: Recommended for all creators.
  • Block & Mute: Instantly cut off contact with anyone making you uncomfortable.
